Custom Jewelry
We do offer custom pieces, made specifically for you. If you’d like a custom piece please fill out the custom request form. Once a request has been received please allow 1 - 2 weeks to get back to you. The current custom time frame is 8 - 10 weeks once the custom design is approved.
Sizing
For questions regarding ring size, I recommend you order a ring sizer offered on the site, going to your local jewelers for sizing or looking at online resources. Some tips to consider:
The finger should not be too hot or too cold this will affect the sizing.
The ring should also not fit too loose that it slides off, but should not be too tight that it requires force to get on.
Your finger size can change depending on the time of day and the weather.
Sizing for cuffs is based on the edge of the metal to the other edge. It does not include the gap. If unsure on sizing consider this chart;
XS 5.25” (recommended for wrists with a 5.75 - 6.25” circumference)
S/M 5.5” (recommended for wrists with a 6.25 - 6.75” circumference)
M/L 6” (recommended for wrists with a 6.75 - 7.25” circumference)
XL 6.25” (recommended for wrists with a 7.25 - 7.75” circumference)

Resizing
If necessary, many rings can be sized up to a quarter to one full size bigger depending on the design. On most rings, I am unable to offer to size down, but in some cases, exceptions can be made. Cuffs can typically be shortened if needed. If you need an item resized and have discussed it with Silver B, we will gladly do so for no additional charge (expect sizing down rings) Customers will only be responsible for shipping charges. Message me by filling out the contact us page and I will inform you if it will be possible and if there will be any additional charges.
If an item is “ready to ship” it will be shipped within 1-5 business days after purchase. If an item is “made to order” it will be shipped within 1-3 weeks after purchase. If an item is a custom order the shipping time will vary. Contact Silver B with questions about custom order shipping. All shipping is done through USPS mail – it comes with $50 insurance coverage and a tracking number. The tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped. Once orders are dropped off at the post office and you have received your tracking number, the package is no longer Silver B’s responsibility.
Shipping
If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact Silver B immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue. All "made to order” and customs pieces are final sale. Silver B reserves the right to decline any return or exchange.
Return
Silver B will repair any items within 30 days of purchase. Depending on the cause of damage, there may be a charge for the repair. Note: some damages cannot be repaired. After 30 days of purchase, repairs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact Silver B for any questions regarding repairs.
